Alfonso Carney III, Chief Executive Officer
Georges Clement, Chief Product Officer
Georges is an experienced entrepreneur and product manager. He was a Cheng Fellow and received his Master’s in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. Previously, Georges was the Founder and Executive Director at JustFix, a Fellow with Blue Ridge Labs @ the Robin Hood Foundation, and a Product Manager at General Assembly. He is a New Yorker with a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has been selected as a Forbes 30 Under 30 in Law & Policy. Georges enjoys playing soccer in the park and eating bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches from his corner bodega.
Gulsun Cavusoglu, Chief Program Officer
Gulsun (Gu) is a proud, licensed social worker and experienced community organizer. Her life’s work is dedicated to creating spaces that embrace the importance of implementing diverse, equitable, and inclusive practices to create a sense of belonging for all. It is her goal to break down barriers and stereotypes to ensure that young people of color achieve both educational and professional success. Before joining Enrich, Gu was Director of Philadelphia at Venture for America and has held positions as Senior College Persistence Advisor at Sponsors for Educational Opportunity as well as Program Director at The Child Center of NY. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration on Community, Organizing, and Social Action. Additionally, she was selected as a Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh Center on Race & Social Problems. Gu enjoys working out and weightlifting, planning adventures abroad and/or to Turkey to see family, and exploring the great city of Philadelphia.
Joshua Zemke, Chief Technology Officer
Josh has been on the computer ever since he developed the fine motor skills to use a keyboard. He is particularly interested in using technology to build connections and understanding how design can help people be their best selves. Josh previously worked at Target as a software engineer responsible for modernizing warehouse distribution systems. He enjoys board games, befriending cats, and reminiscing about the internet of the early aughts.
Eric Cole, Head of Partnerships & Key Accounts
For nearly 30 years, Eric has held senior management roles in the financial services industry. During this time, he also founded his own company, raised money in the venture capital arena, participated in two start-ups and worked for decades at Fidelity Investments. In various senior management roles, he has interviewed over a thousand candidates and hired hundreds. A born and bred New Englander, Eric has lived on both coasts and traveled extensively. He has a BS in Business Administration from Skidmore College and a MA in Organizational Psychology from William James College. Eric is an avid outdoorsman, competitive ski racer and sailor. In his spare time, he manages a rap rock band of Berklee College of Music alumni.
